Returns & Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
• Refunds: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges or Store Credit: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
-Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
-Returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
How to Return an Item
1. Securely Pack the Items: Place the items in original packaging if available. Ensure they are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
2. Attach the Return Label: Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package.
3. Drop Off Your Package: Take the package to your nearest carrier location within 25 days of initiating the return.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
• Refunds: Once we approve your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
• Exchanges or Store Credit: For returns made within 30 days, we’ll either process your exchange or issue store credit after approval.
